Rev. Dr. Eulisa Thomas
Rev. Dr. Eulisa A. Thomas, is a CEO and Founder of Dream-Net Vision Board Workshop, LLC and Crossroads Of Life Ministries, Incorporated. She is a Ministerial Leader at the Apostolic Church of God (ACOG) working in ministry for over 25+ years in the City of Chicago. Rev. Dr. Eulisa A. Thomas is a native of Chicago, Illinois born and raised on the Southside. She is a graduate of Rust College located in Holly Springs, MS with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science (HBCU), McCormick Theological Seminary (MTS), Master of Divinity (MDiv), and Doctorates of Ministry (DMin) from the McCormick Theological Seminary prophetic Leader Cohort tailored for the implementation of radical change in underprivileged and oppressed communities throughout the world. Her preaching experience dates back to 1997, when she became Youth Director at the Faith, Hope and Charity Church Of God In Christ (C.O.G.I.C.), and Chairlady of six affiliated church Youth Ministry’s within the William Roberts District. In addition, she has taught consistently over the years as requested by other churches and teaching ministries within the Chicagoland area. To name a few would be Irving Park Baptist Church; Love, Community,
and Fellowship (Teaching Ministry); McCormick Theological Seminary (Preaching and Teaching); Living Grace Church; Glory to Glory Family Christian Center, Apostolic Church of God, Ravenswood United Church of Christ, and many more. She has been featured as a special guest and co-host on multiple radio broadcasts, podcast, television shows, such as WYCA 102.3FM, iHeartRadio 1390AM, Influent Radio, WVON, VTV Network (a televised network - Roku, Apple, Amazon Prime, and many other platforms). She has directed and co-directed major productions, and authored multiple manuscripts. One in which she became a finalist at the American Black Film Festival (ABFF) VH1 Storytelling contest. The Rev. Dr. Eulisa A. Thomas is currently working on her very own Christian broadcast on the NOW Television Network, a new podcast, and the publication of two new manuscripts in 2024. She is a member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated; United Negro College Fund; NAACP; National Council of Negro Women (NCNW); Chicago Urban League; LIVEFREE; and Many more. In addition, she serves on multiple Board of Directors and is a proud mother of her only daughter, Ke’Lena, who is a rising Senior at Howard University in Washington, DC.
Shannae' L. Young
Shannae' L. Young is a dynamic leader, entrepreneur, and creative visionary with a passion for helping others and a deep commitment to her faith and family. Her parents, local missionaries, dedicated their lives to serving the poor, often bringing men off the street to feed, clothe, and minister to them. With over 20 years of experience in executive administration, she has made significant contributions across various industries, including beauty, banking, and real estate. Shannae has worked for renowned companies such as JP Morgan Chase, Berkley, and a member of the Berkshire Hathaway family of companies. She has successfully transitioned from corporate roles to becoming the Executive Director of a non-profit, a business owner, and a two-time global award-winning recording artist. As a licensed aesthetician in Indiana and Illinois, Shannae owns 21 Forty-Four Beauty, a skincare line that holds a trademark and is rooted in her passion for natural botanicals, specifically targeting the skincare needs of people of colour.
Her business is certified as a Minority Woman-Owned Business in Chicago, and her expertise in beauty has made her a highly sought-after background vocalist and makeup artist for high-profile events. Despite her professional success, Shannae's greatest joy is her family, Her dedication to serving others through ministry, mentoring, and the creative arts reflects her unwavering faith and commitment to uplifting those around her. She embodies the spirit of Isaiah 61:4: “They shall build up the ancient ruins; they shall raise up the former devastations; they shall repair the ruined cities, the devastations of many generations.” Her vision for group homes focusing on the creative arts is an extension of this calling, offering a place of healing and restoration for future generations.

With a keen eye for detail and a knack for identifying lucrative opportunities, he has successfully spearheaded Affordable and workforce development housing projects that have reshaped urban landscapes and enriched communities. Kristina M. Wynners
Kristina M. Wynne is a licensed business broker and the Owner/CEO of The Wynners Club LLC, a consulting firm dedicated to small business development. The company provides small business coaching, brokerage services, education/training, and professional writing. Kristina’s passion for small business began nearly 20 years ago at her family’s company, 200 Pharmacy Inc., where she started as a licensed pharmacy technician at 16. Over eight years, she rose to Director of Business Development, gaining valuable experience in procurement and securing. A Contracts with major healthcare organizations. In 2017, Kristina joined the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, where she found her true calling in helping small businesses thrive. As Outreach Director, she significantly increased minority and women-owned business participation, leading to her promotion to Outreach and Alumni Director. She supported graduates with advising and resource connection. After three years, Kristina fully embraced entrepreneurship, offering consulting services in MBE/WBE Certification Technical Assistance, Business Development, Mergers, Acquisitions, Franchising, and Business Plan and Pitch Deck Creation. She also became a business advisor with the IL Small Business Development Center Network and a consultant for the Chicago Minority Supplier Development Council, where she creates workshops, facilitates training, and provides one-on-one advising. A member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Kristina has also served as a youth leader at Faith Movers Church and co-hosted the AC Green Radio Show as a business correspondent. She has received the Henrietta Lacks Award for healthcare advocacy and the Egretha First Fifty Women Award and United Negro College Fund Masterminds Award for her contributions to small business support and entrepreneurship.
Ke'Lena Thomas
Ke'Lena Thomas is a native of Chicago, Illinois. She graduated high school from Mother McAuley Liberal Arts High School the year of 2020-2021. Ke'Lena is a God-fearing, driven, resilient, and dedicated individual. Currently, she is Senior, Health Science major on the Pre-Medical track who attends Howard University in Washington, DC with the intentions of pursuing a career in the medical field, business, and the performing arts. In conjecture to her position as a full-time student, she operates in the. position of the Program Assistant to the Georgetown-Howard Universities Center for Clinical and Translational Science (GHUCCTS). The GHUCCTS supports consultative resources, facilities and funding opportunities related to clinical and translational research. Ke’Lena provides the GHUCCTS staff and HU Clinical Research Unit assistance in meeting the operational and logistical needs of the GHUCCTS. This position encompassed budget management and reports, assisting in the processing of unit program income through its lifecycle, and more.
