The Chicago Africa Unity Cup was birthed out of the idea of uniting communities through soccer This is a concept derived from previous soccer tournaments partly organized and implemented by Alinco, host of The Progressive Minds Show, in 2017 & 2018.  Shortly afterward, it was called the Chicago Africa Cup of Nations. It was intended for the African community in Chicago to add their voice and to campaign against crime and gun victims in the City of Chicago. This was an idea introduced by Alinco. Having organized that successfully, we came together.

 

The success of these tournaments has been nothing short of amazing.
